Ahola is a family business founded in 1955 that has grown over the years into an international logistics group. We are a reliable, modern and sustainable logistics professional.

 

Our group consists of Ahola Transport, a road transport professional; Ahola Special, a company focused in specialised transport; and Ahola Digital, a provider of digital solutions in logistics. We serve customers in the Nordic countries, the Baltic states, Poland and other CEE countries. Thanks to an extensive partner network, Ahola has extensive connections throughout Europe.

We also measure our eNPS level, and we are pleased to tell that the rating for the entire group is at an excellent level – our eNPS score is 61 according to the latest measurement.

INVESTING IN EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING

 

Supporting the well-being of our drivers is an obvious choice for us. Our drivers are the backbone of our operations and without them, responsible logistics is impossible. That’s why we want to promote their well-being, skills and competences in many ways. We also want to involve drivers in the decision-making process concerning them and their working conditions. During 2023, quite exceptional social facilities for drivers were built in Naantali. In addition to the outdoor gym that has been available since 2022, our Trucker’s Village includes a Trucker’s Spa and Service where drivers can access modern and clean washrooms, a campfire pit, laundry and a system that allows drivers to receive parcels at a Post Pick Up machine. The Trucker’s Village will continue to develop its activities in 2024.

 

 

We also want to look after the mental well-being of our drivers. We have appointed our drivers someone to talk to, with whom they can have confidential conversations. This person is available in Naantali about once a month, but our drivers can contact them by phone at any time. The service has been well received and the experience has been positive.
