Ahola Transport has worked with the Lean concept in the transport hubs in Naantali and Vantaa, Finland as well as in Nykvarn, Sweden for a couple of years. The focus has been on continues improvement and the 5S concept. The next step is to introduce improvement groups for continuous improvement in the whole company. –"We see great potential in involving the whole staff in developing the business.
